The Lobby presents Florence Lesage, World Champion of Sweet Arts, 2022 for a three-day Afternoon Tea Time event💥

Originally from Picardy, France, Florence Lesage has dreamed of being a chocolatier since her childhood. After obtaining several pastry degrees, she completed her training by taking part in the “Olympiades des Métiers” in 2014, a World Skills competition that permits young professionals to show their passion. Elected runner-up in the 2015 World Pastry and Confectionery Competition, Florence decided to perfect her skills by taking her “Brevet de Maîtrise”, a specialized French degree. After an experience as Chef de Partie at the Château de Montvillargenne in Gouvieux, she joined The Westin Paris-Vendôme Hotel. She was promoted to Pastry Chef in 2018. In April 2022, she decided to devote herself fully to the preparation of the International Confectionary Art Competition, which she won in October 2022, in partnership with Alexis Beaufils. Today, crowned World Champion in Sweet Art, she has a lot of dreams, but above all, she has the passion to pass on what she has learned.”
