In this workshop you will learn more about it and how we can integrate Ayurvedic self-care practices and nutrition into our modern lifestyle to improve digestion, reset your digestive strength, sleep better, build a strong immune system and reduce stress!

Find out what is your dosha (body- mind type according to Ayurveda) and which activities and food is best for you to maintain a healthy balance; also which are the different Ayurvedic spices, how to use them, talk about vegetarian and vegan recipes that are protein rich, nourishing and tasty! Plus we will eta together a plant based Ayurvedic lunch.
