* Get a feeling of happiness (dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin and endorphin).
* And we start to see the miracles of life.
To experience these wonderful benefits, I gladly facilitate Mindful Nature Hikes 2 x per month on Saturday Mornings through a variety of landscapes. Each hike will be + 6 – 10 km’s and departs at 6:00 am. It will be a different route and topic each hike and it includes mindful exercises, a meditation, a gratitude circle and a wellness energy shot.

When? Here are the upcoming Hike dates:
Saturday, August 6 & 20 at 6:00 am
Saturday, September 3 & 17 at 6:00 am
Saturday, October 1, 8 (full moon) & 22 at 6:00 am
When you register for the Mindful Nature Hikes, you’ll receive the location via WhatsApp. Each hike will take place in a different location.
What do you need?
Good hiking shoes, comfortable clothing and a cap or hat. Small back pack with water & a snack, sun lotion & glasses and a mask & sanitizer.
Registration + fee?
The fee is AWG 12,50 per person which is including a wellness energy shot. If you register for 6 hikes you pay only AWG 57, 50 and you reserve your spot. The fee for non-residents is US$ 12,50 per person. To register please email me [email protected] or message me +297 5944250.
