One of the biggest manifestations of collective female trauma is the difficulty women have to set healthy boundaries. So many of us have not learned how to say ‘no’ to what doesn’t really feel right to us. And as a result, we say ‘yes’ way too often. Ignoring our own needs, feelings, physical and emotional space and oftentimes suppressing our intuition.
Many of us have been conditioned into “being nice” and having to please others, putting other people’s demands, well-being and needs before our own.
But if we truly want to nourish a loving relationship with ourselves and if we truly want to stand in our own power, we have to learn how to set and uphold healthy boundaries.
I know how difficult this journey can be and I would love to support and guide you on your journey. If you recognize yourself as someone who is struggling with setting boundaries, please join this workshop! We will be working on the mental, emotional, and also physical level of setting boundaries.
We will be organizing this workshop in Dutch in the future as well!
Feel free to share this with your friends.
